Karl and Darren have been visiting The Gambia as a holiday destination every year since 2001.
"We met Lisa and Derick on holiday at our favourite hotel "Ngala Lodge" around 2016 and instantly hit it off.
We were soon invited to visit the school project with them and were instantly bowled over, not only by their enthusiasm but also by the amazing school children who are all desperate to learn.
It was an honour to be invited to be trustees of this charity that literally changes these kids lives."
